How to tune in to RTA business

Did you know you can view all the Regional Transportation Authority’s meetings streamed live on YouTube? Meetings provide an opportunity to learn about project and financial updates from the RTA’s 20-year plan that is in place through June 2026 and to hear about RTA Next planning efforts.

You can participate in meetings by calling the RTA’s main number, (520) 792-1093, up to 24 hours ahead of a meeting to let us know you’d like to speak to the RTA Board during the Call to the Audience segment of each meeting, or you may submit your comments to info@rtamobility.com in the hour prior to the meeting.

Agendas are posted at least 24 hours in advance and can always be found on the calendar of meetings and events. The agenda lists the topics to be discussed in the meeting, along with the YouTube link to view the meeting and whether an item is for the board’s consideration for voting, or information only.

Other ways to stay informed

The RTA also has several subcommittees, which you can find out about on our committee information page. Each group is tasked with specific planning or oversight activities, and the committee meetings also are streamed live for public viewing.

Have feedback? You can always reach RTA staff at info@rtamobility.com or use the public comment form.
