Title VI (Non-Discrimination) Policy
The Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) of Pima County complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related statutes and regulations in all programs and activities. As such, the RTA operates without regard to race, color, national origin, age, gender, income or disability. Limited English Proficiency Plan
The RTA’s Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Plan assesses the number or portion of persons with limited English proficiency served by the RTA’s service area and outlines the language assistance measures that the RTA employs.
The RTA provides translation assistance upon request. Requests should be made as early as possible to allow time to arrange for translation accommodation. The following taglines are made available on meeting notices and other public documents and notices.

Public Records Request Policy
The RTA is an established political subdivision and follows the Arizona Public Records Law.
Reasonable advance notice is encouraged for all public records requests. Public records are open to inspection onsite during office hours upon request. Persons may request copies, printouts or photographs of any public record to be mailed or may have records mailed that are not available online. Persons requesting records to be mailed may be charged in advance for any copying or postage costs. Requested records will be furnished promptly. Fees may apply.
