The RTA Citizens Accountability for Regional Transportation (CART) Committee was established in the fall of 2006, following countywide voter approval of the 20-year regional transportation plan and tax, to provide oversight on project delivery and to review revenue projections and project expenditures. The CART Committee includes diverse members from across the region and meets twice a year.
