Title VI (Non-Discrimination) Policy
The RTA treats everyone equally, no matter your race, color, where you’re from, age, gender, income, or disability. This is required by federal law (Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964). RTA meetings are held in places everyone can access. Documents are available in other languages or formats if you ask ahead of time. Visit our Title VI page to learn more.
Limited English Proficiency Plan
The RTA’s Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Plan assesses the number or portion of persons with limited English proficiency served by the RTA’s service area and outlines the language assistance measures that the RTA employs.
The RTA can help with translation. Please ask as early as possible. The following notice appears on meeting materials:

Public Records Request Policy
The RTA follows the Arizona Public Records Law.
You can look at RTA records in person during office hours. You can also ask for copies by mail. Fees may apply for copying or postage. Please make your request as early as possible.
