Meetings and Events Calendar

RTA holds public meetings throughout the year. Anyone can attend these meetings.

All RTA committee meetings are open to the public.

Paper copies of meeting notices are in the RTA office lobby on the 4th floor at 1 E. Broadway Blvd., Tucson. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Meeting times and agendas are posted on the website at least 24 hours before each meeting, usually one week early.

Details about how to join or attend each meeting are on the calendar page and at the top of each agenda.

Meeting Minutes

A link to watch or listen to each meeting is at the top of every agenda. The recording is the official record of the meeting.

Meeting Videos

Currently, you can find meeting videos on our YouTube channel, linked in meeting agendars, or embedded with every event in our calendar.

Public Notices

Meeting and Administrative Documents Library

  • Meeting and Administrative Documents – Meeting documents (posted before or after the meeting) and other documents may be found in RTA’s online searchable library, including Legal Action Items of meetings, Meeting Summaries, and Agendas. Video/audio files of the meeting serve as the official minutes of the meetings and can be accessed in the agenda documents. For further assistance, contact info@RTAmobility.com.
